2023 APDC亞太設計精英邀請賽《浩・朗》- Winner

華美石紋蔓延氣宇非凡的場域，由足下地坪一路向上、變幻，最終定格為畫作般的壁面，相偕皮革、鐵件、木質與藝術漆料，呈遞異材交融之美，流轉其間的線條和曲弧則增添時尚風範，造就一幢融匯大氣與細膩的獨特宅邸。

秉持「以人為本」的設計理念，我們將公、私領域區劃分明，利於身為企業家的業主接待公務訪客，同時保有其他家庭成員隱私，此外，全室採用綠標章建材，顧及居者與來客健康，並於每層樓規劃落地窗，引入充裕採光，減少白天的照明需求，而良好的通風則降低空調使用率，實現「採光綠建築」，從日常為保護環境付出一份心力。

Magnificent veining stone spread from the floor to the wall and then transferred into an artistic mural. Diverse materials like leather, steel, and decorative wall coating presented an aesthetic fusion. Curves and lines complemented a modern style in the grand and sophisticated residence.

Based on the person-oriented approach, we separated the public and private areas. The layouts plan benefits the entrepreneur homeowner receives business visitors and keeps privacy as well. Besides, the project adopted green-label certified building materials to meet health concerns. Moreover, we installed French windows on each floor to introduce as much natural light that reduces electric illumination in the daytime; French windows enhance ventilation and low air-conditioning consumption.
Eventually, we put the idea of “natural lighting Eco building ”into practice by making efforts in Eco-friendly manners.
